Chi-Square Calculator

The Chi-Square statistic aids in the assessment of the null hypothesis that the frequencies of each category deviate from one another in the way observed purely by chance. Alternatively, there is a rhyme and reason to the present deviations. Depending on the Chi-Square statistic calculated, we can reject or not reject the null hypothesis. Provide this calculator with a number of categories of interest and then supply it with some observed frequencies per category. The calculator will produce the Chi-Square and its interpretation. For the only T Test Calculator that allows all three tests to be solved at the same time visit T Test Calculator or for multiple regression analysis visit Multiple Regression Analysis.

Enter the number of categories:

Category O (observed frequency) E (expected frequency) O - E (O - E)2 * (O - E)2 / E *
